Return & Refund Policy

Please contact us within 30 days of receiving the item if you are not content with your purchase, and we will handle your request for a return or exchange. We won't honor any requests that are submitted beyond 30 days. Please be sure to get in touch with us by email as soon as possible ([email protected]).

Conditions for Return and Exchange

  • Requires return in original packaging.
  • Returned items without permission won't be accepted.
  • Items must be returned within 30 days after you receive them.
  • Every item needs to be in its original packing, undamaged or unopened, with all tags, and in the same condition as when it was sent. Additionally, you will require the purchase receipt or other proof of purchase.
  • Customers must utilize a delivery method that provides tracking information when returning or exchanging merchandise.

General Return Process

  • Navigate to a previous order or log in to your account, then choose the items you want to exchange or return.
  • Returns for merchandise should be made using the accompanying return label and the original packing.
  • When your returned goods arrive, we'll keep track of them and notify you.
  • As soon as your returned goods arrive at our warehouse, they will be examined, handled, and promptly repaid!

Order Cancellations

  • We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
  • Please submit a help ticket from Contact Us if you decide to cancel the order.

Policies

Returned items without permission won't be accepted.

Within 30 days of delivery, items must be returned. All of the merchandise needs to be in its original packaging, undamaged, and in the same state as when it was delivered to you. Further documentation of the purchase, such as the receipt, is required. Clients must choose a shipping option that offers tracking information when returning or exchanging merchandise.

Non-returnable items:

  • Item that is on sale cannot be returned.
  • Customers' losses or damages are not refundable.

Exchanges

Orders are not yet exchangeable online. To receive a refund on the original product, you must return it and buy the replacement item separately.

Costs

  • If you are returning something internationally, your refund will be less the return fee. You will need to file a dispute with the carrier if your things are lost in transit. If you want to return items to us via your own method, refunds will only be handled after they have reached our warehouse. Orders that surpass the customs barrier may subject you to importation and custom tax charges.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, the refund will be provided to the original method of payment within 2-3 working days.

If you haven't received the refund within 2-3 working days, please check your account again. It may take some time before a refund is official posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at [email protected].
